1970年に設立され、1906年にまで遡る歴史を持つケンウッド・ヴィンヤーズは、ソノマ・カウンティにおけるワインと持続可能なブドウ栽培のパイオニアです。 2014年にペルノ・リカール・ワインメーカーの傘下に加わり、日本市場へ戻って参りました。 このセミナーではシックス・リッジズ シリーズのワインに関連するソノマのAVAについて、これらの象徴的なワインを生み出す成長環境とワイン製造技術を見ていきます。もちろん試飲もあります！高く評価されているジャック・ロンドン シングル・ヴィンヤード ジンファンデルとカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンだけでなく、ヴィンテージのジャックロンドン カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンもマグナムボトルでご用意いたします。

WSET レベル2からディプロマまで幅広いレベルの方にご参加いただけます。カリフォルニアブランド、ワインビジネス、D3理論、テイスティング試験対策にも適しています。ほとんど英語で行いますが、日本語でも質問頂ける分かりやすく楽しい、カジュアルなスタイルで行いますので、ワイン愛好家や英語が得意でない方でもどなたでも大歓迎です！

Founded in 1970 with a history going back to 1906, Kenwood Vineyards is a pioneer of wine and sustainable viticulture in Sonoma County. Having been acquired by Pernod Ricard Winemakers in 2014 these wines are recently back on the Japanese market. Looking at some of the individual AVAs in Sonoma in relation to the Six-Ridges series wines we will look at the growing environment and winemaking techniques that result in these iconic wines, of course with tasting! We will also look at and taste the acclaimed Jack London Single Vineyard Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon as well as the chance to taste an exclusive old vintage Jack London Cabernet Sauvignon from Magnum bottle!

This seminar will appeal to a wide range of levels from WSET L2 to Diploma, will be mostly in English with also reference to California, the brand, wine business and great practice for the D3 theory/tasting exam. However, will also be in a fun and casual style with easy to understand English so all wine lovers and language levels are welcome!
